INTRODUCTION TO COR COURSE

Chain of Responsibility Introductory Course is suitable for general staff who only need a short overview introduction to the CoR requirements of the Heavy Vehcile National Law.

This COR program is a starting point for all organisations as they start to train staff and put systems, policies, procedures and tools into place to meet their National Heavy Vehicle Law requirements.

INTRODUCTION TO COR OUTLINE (COR INTRO – AWARENESS)

This unit is a simple 30 minute introduction to Chain of Responsibility principles.

INTRODUCTION TO COR – COURSE OVERVIEW

The focus of this course is on:

  • Explaining the Chain of Responsibility legislation;
  • Defining the target areas of the legislation;
  • Summarising the responsibilities for each key party in the supply chain; and
  • Taking action if you observe a potential or actual breach of the Chain of Responsibility.
