CoR Australia provides a comprehensive education package includes nationally recognised training released by the Transport Logistics and Industry Skills Council.  This training is provided by our RTO division.  Our education programs combine Online, Distance, Remote classroom and Face-to-Face delivery to provide the most efficient and effective method for organisational wide education. Below is an overview of CoR Australia’s Training Program and their target audience.

Our programs are recognised by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Australia for Professional Development points.

Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation extends the general liability for offences to road freight consignors, receivers, packers and loaders. Rather than pursue the ‘soft target’ on the roadside, truck drivers and operators, authorities can investigate along the supply chain and up and down the corporate chain of command. The days of ‘all care and no responsibility’ are over.

The CoR courses cover general awareness for staff who work in the supply chain through to their direct reports.  For Executives and Managers, CoR Australia provides a training solution that delivers content to be integrated with your existing OHS solution or that can operate on a standalone basis.

The CoR Level 3 and Level 2 courses have been used by supply chain partners to workshop supply chain solutions for allocating risk, costs and compliance consistent with available control measures.

Training Program Overview

As of 10 June 2020, the unit of competency TLIF0003 (Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure chain of responsibility compliance), has been deleted from the national register.

As a result of this change, we must not allow any student to commence TLIF0003 from 11 Jun 2020, therefore, enrollment for this training has now ceased.

If you are currently enrolled in this training, you will have until 10 June 2021 to complete all training and assessments in order to obtain your statement of attainment. We will be contacting all enrolled students with further information shortly.
