Amongst other roles, Larry has contracted to Aurora Australia, and DHL, and previously owned his own international removals and bonded warehousing company for over six years.
Having worked with shipping lines, transport companies, government departments (AQIS/DAFF, Customs, etc) and insurance companies Larry’s broad experience in Implementation Management, Compliance Management and Logistics helps companies to develop:
- Policies
- Procedures
- Training (including delivery and structuring to meet specific site requirements)
- Implementation
- Review of external supply chain partners for CoR competency and compliance
Larry also plays a key role in:
- Assisting companies with their CoR compliance
- Developing systems approaches with organisations to improve their Safe Transport Management Systems
- Developing training plans for companies to ensure CoR Compliance
- Developing and implementing audit functionality for organisations and their supply chain partners

Andrew has provided strategic risk advice to Boards, incorporating logistics risk across mission critical assets. Through facilitating risk workshops and undertaking reviews, Andrew has assisted clients to develop efficient, affective and practical risk responses to complex challenges in a range of dynamic environments.
By focussing on opportunities as well as risk, clients have been able to improve performance, manage risks and enhance their sustainability. Andrew’s measured approach to working through challenging risk scenarios with people and providing succinct assessments enables clients to move forward with risk responses.

Holding Cert IV’s in WHS and TAE, and a Cert III in Carpentry, James is our senior CoR trainer with extensive knowledge and experience in many fields throughout Construction and Transportation covering Chain of Responsibility legislation and Fatigue Management.
James’ experience has been gained through his eight years of work in the Mining/Civil Construction Industry and the residential and commercial building industry.

Holding a Bachelor in International Business, and an MBA (International Business), Steven is an experienced Chief Executive and Company Director with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare, logistics, education management and compliance industries.
Steven has a detailed and broad perspective and knowledge of the practical implementation of the National Heavy Vehicle Law, and Chain of Responsibility as it relates to corporate governance, strategic and operational management.
A previous committee member of the Australian Logistics Council, Steve has gained over two decades of transport and logistics related experience through his work with many well known corporates and Blue Chip companies.
Peter Cutforth

Starting his career as a health professional in the public and private acute-care health system, Peter studied corporate management and health and info systems management at the post-graduate level and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors.
He was regional director of a large well-respected Queensland aged and community nursing and care organisation, responsible for over 600 staff and a $20 million Opex budget, for five years.
Later diversifying his general management skills in the wealth-creation consulting, and recruitment fields, he overseas strategic operations of CoR Australia, with a focus on the creation of value-adding resources and operations development.
