- The CoR Framework Development is designed to provide the high level system and framework of CoR policies and procedures, around which a CoR Compliance system can be constructed.
- The CoR Compliance System is built upon 3 pillars to provide operational compliance, training and ongoing CoR management. This phase is a combination of design and implementation of policies, procedures, processes, systems, tools, training, and operational practices.
- An ongoing process of Health Checks and Audits allows CoR to become and ongoing business improvement practice which continually works to ensure reasonable steps are being taken for CoR Compliance.
