  2. The CoR Framework Development is designed to provide the high level system and framework of CoR policies and procedures, around which a CoR Compliance system can be constructed.
  3. The CoR Compliance System is built upon 3 pillars to provide operational compliance, training and ongoing CoR management. This phase is a combination of design and implementation of policies, procedures, processes, systems, tools, training, and operational practices.
  4. An ongoing process of Health Checks and Audits allows CoR to become and ongoing business improvement practice which continually works to ensure reasonable steps are being taken for CoR Compliance.
