NHVR Confidential Reporting Line Active
According to recently released data, fatigue-related complaints are the most common calls received by the heavy vehicle regulator’s confidential reporting line.
Sal Petroccitto from the NHVR says since the inception of the line last July, the regulator has fielded around 115 calls a month.
The regulator has responded to more than 65 reports of non-compliance nationwide every month since the line started.
The Heavy Vehicle Confidential Reporting Line (HVCRL) allows drivers and parties in the heavy vehicle supply chain to relay information about possible breaches of the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
