Deadly Bus Rollover in Sydney Leaves Passengers Trapped

A woman was killed and several others were seriously injured when a bus carrying senior citizens collided with a truck on Princes Highway at Yallah, south of Sydney.

NSW police, paramedics and firefighters were called to the scene around midday after a crash was reported. They confirmed that one of the female passengers died on the scene.

Nine people were injured, 3 of them critically and one seriously. The remainder of the passengers were treated on the side of the road.

The truck driver was taken to the station by police for questioning. Both vehicle’s drivers had their blood and urine tested.

The accident is being investigation and a report being prepared.
