Truck Blocks Busy Brisbane Road After becoming Stuck Under Bridge

The importance of proper planning, including planning your routes was highlighted by a Brisbane incident recently.
A truck wedged under a bridge in Brisbane’s CBD and got stuck, causing major frustration for motorists who had to withstand long delays as major roadways were blocked.
The incident happened during peak traffic hour 8:05am when the truck collided with a protection beam on the rail bridge and became wedged under the bridge on the corner of Roma Street and Countess Street.
Thankfully there were no injuries and traffic started returning to normal around 9:00am.
