Police Investigate Fatal Perth Truck Crash

A fatal crash in the Wheatbelt region in Perth is under investigation by police.
The crash claimed the life of a truck driver from Ellenbrook when the Kenworth truck he was driving left the carriage way near Pearse Road and crashed into a tree. The truck was towing 2 semi-trailers at the time on Gunyidi-Wubin Road in Miamoon.
The driver, a 50 year old man died at the scene.
Police are investigating and major crash investigators would like any witnesses who may have seen the truck in the area before the crash, to come forward. Witnesses are urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
