Car Driver Killed by Detached Truck Trailer

A horrific crash has taken place on the Victorian Highway involving a truck whose trailer became detached from the cabin and veered onto the wrong side of the roadway. The trailer collided with an ute and claimed the life of the driver.

The ute driver, believed to be a man in his sixties died on the scene shortly after the trailer crashed into his vehicle on the Glenelg Highway east of Coleraine.
