A driver is appearing in court over the fatigue related offences, including failure to rest for the sufficient time frame.

Make sure you’re keeping an accurate work diary, taking the sufficient number of breaks and that your breaks are sufficiently long. Never exceed maximum driving hours or you too could find your self in court of worse, in hospital, jail or dead.
