Bad Driving Mistakes Made Over Easter

Although Easter 2019 may be over, the bad driving mistakes people make on the road are sure to return by the next holiday season.

Over the Easter holidays, 1 in 4 Australians embark on long-distrance journeys and the traffic can be a nightmare.

To try and beat the traffic some drivers do some questionable things on the road.

According to NRMA Insurance this period is characterised by a spike in dangerous driving.

One of the most common mistakes is driving when you should be sleeping. Fatigue remains the biggest concern over this period. The older generation tend to try and get on the road before dawn and millenials tend to drive throughout the night.

Also 80 per cent of drivers don’t stop every 2 hours and 4 out 5 drive on autopilot.
